Red @ mention mark (mock)

Catalog mock · the red @ replaces the unread dot when you were mentioned. Unread without a mention keeps the dot. A collapsed workspace shows one mention mark when any child has a mention, never a count. These static samples can be focused for their status tooltip; the workspace chevron and menu illustrate placement only.
